Process modelling and improvement

A UK manufacturer of heavy industrial goods identified a need to improve their sales operation and cross-business coordination. PI ran a series of Brown-Paper process mapping workshops with teams from across the business and used Triaster’s Process Modelling software to document, communicate and re-design the end-to-end sales process.
