Triaster

Triaster, established in 1994, has developed a unique package of process mapping and process improvement products.

Our relationship with Triaster enables us to advise and support our clients’ process mapping and improvement requirements; from small-scale process mapping projects to the creation of an extensive enterprise level Process Library.

The enterprise level Process Library can provide access to potentially thousands of desktops, supporting access to document repositories and comprehensive web-based searching and reporting facilities.

Warwick Business School

Warwick Business School (WBS) prides itself on being research-led and places a strong emphasis on rigour and analysis. WBS focuses on the central problems facing global managers and organisational leaders.

Working with Warwick Business School (WBS) enables us contribute to and keep pace with latest research and provide our clients with assurance that our consulting services reflect recent developments in the business transformation areas we specialise.

Daptiv

Daptiv, established in Seattle in 1997, is an innovator of online programme office, project management and project team collaboration tools. Daptiv software is used to staff, track, control, report and manage projects across the organisation.

Working with Daptiv enables us to help our clients to quickly develop and implement robust programme office infrastructures and embed best practice project management disciplines at the individual project or enterprise/portfolio level.

Daptiv software enables executives, project managers and project teams to collaborate and share project control and performance information irrespective of their locations or time zones.
