Our PeopleVincent is an experienced and energetic business and team leader with many years experience working with a range of cross-sector organisations to successfully develop and implement their growth and business transformation strategies. He has strong motivational and team facilitation skills and has established and managed a number of high profile and business critical change and performance improvement programmes.
Vincent read Mathematics at University College London and holds an MBA from the Warwick Business School. He is a Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting.
He sits on the National Council of the Institute of Business Consulting, is Chairman of the Cambridgeshire Consultancy in Counselling Charity and a mentor for the Anglia Ruskin University student mentoring programme.
Vincent enjoys keeping fit, spending time with his family and walking in the countryside. He is a keen kayaker, sailor and windsurfer and a very keen skier.
Vincent BryantIan joined PI Consulting following a career in branded consumer goods marketing across a variety of sectors in both manufacturing and retail. During his career he developed strong commercial and project management skills working on projects as diverse as overseas sourcing, warehouse reconfiguration and business model re-engineering.
Ian holds a degree in Management Science from Warwick Business School and an MA in Corporate Strategy and Governance from Nottingham University. He is an Associate of the Institute of Business Consulting.
In addition, he is an East Midlands Business Champion where he uses his skills to bring advice and assistance to social enterprises and charitable organisations. He sits on a committee which is raising funds to redevelop TS Orion, the training facility for Nottingham Sea Cadets.
In his spare time he is a cricket lover, rugby fan and keen country-sports enthusiast. Ian has recently taken up dinghy sailing and has just passed his RYA level one and two.
Ian GillAn experienced organisational change consultant, with expertise in Leadership and Top Team Development, Sarah is passionate about releasing individual potential to inspire and fuel sustainable change. She has provided consultancy, leadership development and executive coaching in a range of sectors, including IT, Fuel, Health and the Pensions Industry and across the Public Sector.
Sarah holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a Certificate in Adult Education from Leeds Metropolitan University. She is a Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC), where she is also Chair of the East Midlands Regional Committee. Sarah is a qualified practitioner for a number of psychometric instruments including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step 1 & 2; FIRO B, 360 degree feedback – including Benchmarks, and the 16PF tool.
A keen horse-woman Sarah has recently bred her first thoroughbred foal and enjoys being out in the countryside, whether it be walking, riding or cycling.
Sarah GoodwinColin is an international authority on corporate transformation and has helped over 100 boards to improve board and corporate performance. He has undertaken a significant number of independent strategic and organisational ‘health checks’ and corporate reviews to identify and prioritise areas and opportunities for improvement and translate these into clear action plans and practical ‘next steps’.
Colin read Economics at the London School of Economics, holds a Masters degree from the London Business School and completed his PhD in Organisational Behaviour at Aston Business School.
He is Professor of Direction and Leadership at the University of Lincoln; Member of the Professional Accreditation Committee and Board of Examiners of the IOD; Member of the Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee of the ACCA and has served on various public and private sector boards. Colin is a chartered accountant (FCA), chartered certified accountant (FCCA) and chartered secretary (FCIS).
Colin enjoys speaking at international conferences, jogging, and spending time on his narrow boat.
Colin Coulson-ThomasFiona is an accomplished project manager and management consultant with experience of working in and with a range of public and private sector organisations to deliver sustainable change and results. She has considerable experience of managing large teams in operational roles. Fiona is passionate about developing others to realise their potential and is an experienced coach.
Fiona holds a Certificate in Management and an MBA from Leeds Metropolitan University, and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step 1 and 2 Practitioner. She is a Certified Management Consultant and Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting.
She is a Qualified Assessor for the Certified Management Consultant Award and Mentor with the Institute of Business Consulting. She is an Associate of the National School of Government and a part-time Tutor with the Bradford University School of Management. When not having fun with her family, Fiona loves to travel and can’t resist a DIY project.
Fiona MurieSteve is an experienced management consultant with an impressive list of high-profile assignments within central and civil government. His background includes significant private sector experience at board and senior manager level in both front-line operations and support services. He has successfully directed and managed a number of large-scale corporate transformation programmes.
Steve has extensive experience in the areas of programme and project management, strategy development, strategy deployment and performance management. He has hands-on financial management and customer service experience and can demonstrate a strong track record of delivery throughout his career.
Steve is a Chartered Management Accountant and an accredited Government High Risk Gateway Reviewer, a qualified practitioner in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Prince2. He is a member of the Institute of Business Consulting and a Certified Management Consultant.
Steve is an ardent football and cricket follower, enjoys travelling and is also a very keen golfer, often raising money for charitable causes.
Steve LunnColin is Professor of Strategic Management and Associate Dean at Warwick Business School. Colin joined WBS from Henley Management College where he held a number of leadership roles resulting in the development and growth of Henley’s MBA portfolio, the school’s international expansion, and later its E-Learning developments. From 1998, as Henley’s Director of Executive Development, he doubled the size of the Executive Programme.
He was appointed Professor of Management Studies at Henley in 1987 and has extensive teaching experience, both with students and corporate clients. Colin is also an active researcher and consultant in the field of Strategic Change, and has held non executive director appointments in both the private and public sectors.
Colin is a regular contributor to conferences and corporate events in the fields of Strategic Change, Organisation Design, Management Development, and E-Learning. Colin’s publications include Managing Change in Organisations (FT Pearson Prentice Hall, 2003), now in its 4th edition. Colin is also the founder editor of The Journal of Change Management, published by Taylor and Francis, a leading journal for academics and practitioners interested in the Change Management field. He has advised both public and private sector organisations on strategic change and the associated leadership development work designed to secure effective implementation.
