Full Steam Ahead at Peter Brotherhood

PI is delighted to have won a contract to assist Peter Brotherhood with the development and execution of their business strategy.

Peter Brotherhood has been designing, manufacturing and servicing power generating systems from the UK for almost 140 years. PI started working with Peter Brotherhood at their state of the art administration and manufacturing facility in Peterborough during 2006 and during 2007 will be assisting with the implementation of their five year strategic plan.

The company combines world-class skills in design and manufacture with real practical experience to provide technically sound and cost-effective engineering. Their innovative engineering solutions for energy-related industries range from power generation to petrochemical and bio-fuel processing.

The company designs and manufactures steam turbines, gas compressors, combined heat and power (CHP) systems, specialist gearboxes and special purpose machinery. They are working with a number of international joint venture partners to develop a range of innovative and sustainable energy generating technologies including hydro power, wind power and other renewable fuels. All of this equipment is supported by Peter Brotherhood’s international spares and service division.

The company has installed equipment in more than 100 countries around the world.
