Introduction

The PI Consulting Self Assessment Questionnaire contains 5 headings. Each represents a business discipline/area which, depending on how they are managed, can make a significant difference to the rate of growth, profitability, sustainability and risk profile of a business. Completing this Self Assessment provides an opportunity to reflect on current business practices and on potential improvement areas.

All information collected will be treated in full confidence. However, PI Consulting would like to collect and use additional data for a summary report. The summary report will be entirely anonymous and therefore contain no reference to individuals or companies.

Your permission to allow PI Consulting to use your data for a summary report is requested below. Those granting permission are given an option to receive a free electronic copy of the summary report.

How to complete the questionnaire

Each heading is associated with two related descriptions representing opposing ends of a spectrum. For each heading click the radio button which best describes your position on the spectrum. If a question does not apply to your business then it is not an area of risk or potential improvement so select the far right radio button and factor this into your overall conclusion.

On completion you will be given a numerical and percentage score. The total achievable score is 108 (100%).

Example:

The score provides a guide to the overall risk/performance profile of your business and may highlight potential performance gaps arising from current business practices. The questionnaire should be viewed as a guide for further exploration and not as an absolute assessment of business risk, performance or sustainability.
